This is a 1965 Pontiac Tempest Sedan, 2 door. It started life as a 215 6 three on the tree, Now has a 74-400 with 6X heads. The car is in the condition of the LAST photo and is not raised in the rear, like in the as raced condition. It does have a 3:23 rear, condition unknown. Engine has been rebuilt a few years ago so now displaces 406 with a RA IV cam and ported 6X heads. Transmission is a Rebuilt T-400 with Hughes 2300 RPM stall convertor. The car has a clean Title. The car has not been started in 2 years, and should be considered a non-op when considering shipping. I have decided to sell due to my health and downsizing my project list. Body wise the car is solid, I did patch the Drivers side floor. There are many old school parts on the car, I was trying to make her look like a 70"s drag car, there is also a authentic/ metal SD scoop on the hood. I have been building Pontiacs for over 35 years, and I am a member of POCI. Please do not bid if you are not serious. I can transport car to the local TA Truck stop in Moriarty, on the I-40 corridor, if that helps lower shipping cost for you. Shipping cost are between you and your shipper. I can give you some extra parts that have been removed from the car, bumper, cluster, seat cores, but don"t have all the parts to restore back to original. The wiring harness is aftermarket. Ask questions before you bid. If you do win, I can hold the car for you until you arrange shipping for a few months, just let me know, after funds have cleared.
