1965 Austin Healey 3000 restored 3 yrs ago. Inline 6cyl 2912cc 150 HP, 4 speed manual transmission with overdrive, both rebuilt. New S.U. HD8 carburetors. Original starter and generator both rebuilt. Original radiator dual cored for better cooling. New S.U. electronic fuel pump. Rebuilt Girling brake servo and stainless steel brake lines disc on front drum on rear. Original glass. Most chrome is original and replated. New 72 spoke wire wheels and splines with Verdestein Classic 185r tires. Mota Lita steering wheel with rebuilt steering box and suspension. All new wire harness. All Smiths guages work. Interior from British Heritage Vancouver B.C. Off white Conal leather with Karvel red carpet. New stainless steel exhaust system with that classic guttural Healey sound. Starts and drives great. Entered in two local car shows it won best foreign and best 2nd in class. Has small quarter size dimple up by the hood. Its like a new 1965 car.
