Welcome. You are bidding on a 1964 International Scout 4x4. This car comes with a clean California title, current registration(until 3/2022) and some spare new parts. I have around 50 additional pictures of the Scout and a video of it running. Please let me know if you need to see those.
History: I purchased this car during Covid as a non running project. I put in a new battery, new brake master cylinder, new clutch master cylinder, changed the fluids, rebuilt the carburetor, new ignition switch and got it running. The car runs, brakes and shifts, but I would recommend another thorough checking over before driving it home. The car is still titled in the previous owners name.
Exterior: This car does not appear to have had any accidents or accident repairs. It does not have the hard top or soft top. All of the doors, hood, tailgate all open and close properly. This would be a great Scout to leave the way it is or turn into your own creation.
Interior: The interior of this Scout is complete and original, however it is missing the rear seat. It appears that all of the gauges work and operate.
Engine/Transmission: This Scout fires starts up and shifts through its gears. The brakes work as well.
Overall: This is a great chance to get an original Scout that has a lot of potential for the next owner.
