Vehicle description

This car, always a California car, out of the Vernon, Southern Ca. assembly Plant. Lots of work done to the car- -It"s a repaired original car, not a restored car. . I have most of my parts/receipts- I DID THE WORK, Not Flipping Cars. .( Serious Only Please )
Should you want or need parts, There is NO Problem getting parts- it"s actually has been VERY easy.
Car has the original 289 V8 engine. Engine number matches; I have the original build paper work. Has Power Steering, No A/C.
I upgraded it to a 4 barrel Edlebrock 1403 carb with electric choke. I had the 3 speed automatic transmission bench rebuilt, and then I re-installed it. The distributor is modified to an electronic Mopar ignition, so it fires up every time. I installed new stainless steel exhaust. The oil pan has been removed, to install new gasket, and the rear main seal replaced. Front timing cover gaskets and crankshaft seal has been replaced. Fuel Line replaced, done professionally. New brakes & master cylinder. Alternator re-wound/rebuilt by an electric motor shop. Freeze Plugs replaced with brass freeze plugs. New Motor mounts. New rear end pinion seal. New fuel pump. Replaced (1) rear axle. Replaced Heater Core. The accelerator linkage / Bell Crank was professionally reworked / Re-Fab"d. I also have the Stainless wheel well chrome trim, if you want to install.
I have had the rear springs out, for new bushings I had pressed in. An amazing thing is when I had the rear main cap off, there was no bearing wear or crank shaft rear most journal wear, testmony to quality machining back at the Studebaker factory.

U SHIP is a good transportation outfit. .
