Vehicle description
SACRIFICE! I"ve had this big girl for nearly 5 years and had no intention of selling her but I have been willed a different classic car by a friend battling cancer and I don"t have room for both so I have to let her go to make room for the incoming car! I bought her because she is not a car you see at car shows and I"ve been to all-Pontiac car shows and not seen one like her. Sedans and station wagons are on the upswing in price now since they are rare in the market (since coupes and convertibles have always been more popular). I know I am not going to get what I have seen some selling for in this condition and certainly not the amount of $$ I"ve put into her which is why the price is reflective of that.
Paint and interior were done prior to me getting her 5 years ago. She gets driven to local car meet ups and shows and never sees rain or snow and has been garaged since I"ve had her. The engine, transmission, and rear end were all original when I got her and the car runs good, and the tranny was rebuilt 3 years ago and has about 3k miles on it out of the 96k or so miles she has on her now. Many, many other new parts all over the car as well, including new shocks, brakes, rear springs, Alpine radio in the glove box with Bose book shelf speakers in the rear deck ( Factory radio is in the dash but disconnected ). The A/C was converted from R12 to R134 and blows cool. Lights work including turn signals, brake lights, head / tail lights. Power steering and power (drum) brakes work well. I have most of the receipts of the work I have put into the car which I will include as well as a number of Pontiac books from 1963 including the shop manual for the car (and a 63 Star Chief mini road sign).
If you have any questions about the car feel free to email me at [email protected] . All sales are final, with no warranties, and the car is sold "AS IS" with you arranging pick up or delivery.
