Vehicle description
About this vehicle This 1961 Chevrolet Bel Air is a modified vehicle. The owner has had it for 1 year. The vehicle runs great and is mainly used for weekend drives. Seller"s Notes Serious offers only. Not interested in trades where alot of cash is needed on either side. Vehicle Details 1961 Chevrolet Bel Air 2 door Sport Coupe (bubbletop) Not show condition (obviously). The car is a fun weekend or quick trip driver. Some patina is real, some is false. Needs extensive metal work underneath (trunk pan, rockers, frame supports) to move it to the next level. ($10-$13k estimate) 454 big block out of a 1983 RV, very recently rebuilt and runs great. Very strong. Has a small valve tap from the solid lifters. Will require a shop visit for a day or two, nothing major. The engine"s recent inspection can be explained to the buyer by phone with a serious offer. ($900 estimate) 4 speed muncie is perfect, freshly rebuilt. New 3 inch exhaust from hooker headers to cherry bombs out the rear side. Needs parking brake. Windshield wipers do not work. All lights work (interior & ext) as they should, new led tail lights. Have original am/fm radio(missing only knobs), not in the car. Steering wheel is not the impala wheel pictured, but the original bel air wheel just installed. Carpet was replaced new after removal for photos to show floor pans are good. Has all new side trim mouldings. The rear hockey sticks and deck lid mouldings are original to the car in decent but dented scratched. Front grill is mint! Recently installed (awesome looking) grill guard is functional opening the hood. Front windshield gasket is new, now the rear needs replaced. Impala rear seat will need some adjustments to fit perfectly. Front stone guards were recenlt found, repaired to driver condition and installed. Have driver rear valance panel not yet installed. American Racing torque thrust wheels are 17 inch with great looking tires with plenty of tread. Images Exterior Interior Engine Created on the Motors app
