This 3000 BT7 was produced in June 1959 and sold to its first owner in Southern California. During long-term ownership, it was completely restored between 1999 and 2000 by Healey specialists and then sold at the Christie"s Exceptional Motor Cars auction in Los Angeles, CA shortly after completion. It has remained with the purchaser since. The Healey has always been maintained regardless of use and enjoyed seasonally on the East End of Long Island. It is exceptional throughout with everything working properly and as it should. On a recent road test, this BT7 proved excellent in every respect. This matching numbers Healey is complete with restoration photos and records, its original owner’s manual, resource booklet and British Heritage Trust Certificate.
