First thing I need to say is I have owned a lot of nice cars, trucks and motorcycles but this little car gets the most attention I have ever seen! it is a TRAFFIC STOPPER! craziest thing
Rust free 1959 Austin Healey Sprite 59 Bugeye (Frogeye) Sprite , 1 0 footer body paint The body and shell are very solid, all work listed below was done about 18 months ago and a few thousand miles
Brakes and wheel bearings have been gone through, parking brake works!
Transmission: works and shifts great has a whine in 1st but maybe it"s normal. . never bothered me.
Engine: runs and starts great had tune up and carbs cleaned
Generator rebuilt by local auto electric shop
Dash has been recovered and when the dash was out we could see that the wire harness has either been replaced or is in like new condition!
Heater had been removed cleaned and all hoses replaced, works great!
Windshield wipers, turn signals, lights (Halogen headlights) all work.
Speedometer/odometer and Tachometer works great. All gauges work, doesn"t overheat or leak fluids. I keep checking levels and they don"t go down!
Seats have been dyed, nothing special, no door panels or floor covering
There is an old tonneau cover.
