Vehicle description
VERY clean 1958 Willys Wagon. It"s titled as a 1959, but serial number shows it as a 1958. Very common for vehicles of this age to be titled in the year they were sold rather than the year they were produced.
Selling because I just don"t have the time to dedicate to it. There is absolutely zero rust on this wagon (except for the surface rust/patina seen in the photos), and the frame is incredibly straight. This was a California vehicle and has a California title. I will also provide a Bill of Sale.
There is minor body work that needs to be done. Some holes from after-market rearview mirrors need to be filled. There is about a 1" section across the back by the tailgate that needs to be replaced. The tailgate needs to be repaired, but I have the repair piece that you can weld in as well as a new hinge (both in pictures- hinge still in the box). The floors were repaired prior to me owning it.
Has the SuperHurricane In-Line 6 cylinder engine that ran about 18 months ago, but I haven"t started it. Engine turns freely and is NOT locked up. Was converted to 12V at some point prior to me owning it.
I have too many parts for this wagon to mention, but I"ll do my best:
- All seats/frames
- All original wood floor pieces
- All original chrome
- Most glass (missing one set of sliders and one rear quarter piece)
- All door handles/window cranks
- Keys that match the handles and the ignition
- Rear armrests and ashtrays
- Interior panels (missing front kick panels)
- All bumpers (2 front, 1 rear) as well as multiple bumperettes
- Three (3) sets of wheels
- Three (3) wheel rings (missing the 4th ring)
- Five (5) Willys "W" baby moon hubcaps
- New gasket set, water pump, and timing chain (all ready to be installed)
- New hardware for front end
- Willys horn button
- New wiring harness
