Up for your review and purchase is a 1955 Pontiac Star Chief Safari Wagon, I don"t have to bore you with how rare this car is, Or its condition details. This is due the fact that this car underwent a complete high end restoration at a high end restoration shop in South Western Ontario. There was no expense spared on this resto. This was taken on by a prominent high end collector of automobiles whom has a very large collection. He purchased this car to be in his collections decades ago. Then finally sent out to be restored seven years ago. It has been in this private collection since till I acquired it. Now I am looking for its new caretaker. Due the fact he has started to thin the heard to invest in real significant cars one of ones.
This car is an outstanding example of a 55 Safari Wagon Finished in two tone firegold and white mist with complementing ivory and copper leather interior. This car shows 53,800 miles on the odometer, which I suspect is original but can not be verified. Every thing has been restored on the car, engine complete, transmission, suspension, glass all date code correct, once again over the top resto. it has very high options on the car like factory air completely original type, all parts where taken from a 1956 4dr car, power windows, power brakes, power steering, also power antenna. All i can say is this car is outstanding throughout and would be at home in any high end collection. Any questions please ask.
The car is located in London, Ontario between Detroit Mi. and Toronto Ont. You or an agent are more than welcome to view it at my home. I have a rack the we can use here for ease of inspection. I also have imported many cars into the USA from Canada and I am willing to do again, The cost is $650 for Broker fees, $75 for ACE manifest, $300 for transport to Detroit MI. area or $400.00 Buffalo NY. Area to be taken to a transporter of your choice. I also know people that do that also. I will also take to a port for overseas shipment for a cost.
Car has to be paid by wire transfer only, we do not use pay pal.
I do not list auction style most times due to the cost of reserve fees.
