Vehicle description
About this vehicle This 1955 Chevrolet Bel Air is a project vehicle with updates to the exterior, interior and drivetrain. The owner has had it for 1 year. The vehicle needs work and is not regularly driven. Seller"s Notes 1955 chevy Vehicle Details I purchased this car with intentions of restoration but its more than I can handle. It was being started to make a street strip car and never completed. The person I got it from traded machinery for it and never did anything with it. I will tell you what he told me about the car so take it for what its worth. The previous owner had it for 15 years but never completed it then passed. The engine was started from time to time. It has a 350 in it. I could get spark so I removed the distributor. I also replaced the intake with a edelbrock rpm intake that is partially bolted. I replaced the trans. With a turbo 350 that again I was told by the guy I got it from it was in working order when removed it is also loosely bolted in. There is no flex plate, converter or cross member it is wired up for transportation. The exterior sheet metal seems very solid but the floor and trunk has been repaired and needs more work or possibly complete redo. Frame is solid. The passenger door has been hyper extended and will need repairs. See pic. Has a 80'S 10 bolt under it with new air shocks. All in all its a pretty cool car that needs a bunch of work! What you see is what I have. I have a clean title buy due to cover and the closures of most of the license centers its not in my name. Thats how you will receive the title. Message me with questions. Thanks Dave. Images Exterior Interior Engine Created on the Motors app
