Vehicle description

This is a 1954 Chevrolet wagon, Handyman 210. Car is garaged and covered in Newport Beach, CA. We bought it restored in 2006 and drove it very infrequently, less than 1000 miles, on short trips to the beach or to cruise the Newport Beach area. The paint, chrome, rubber, glass, trim, carpet and interior are flawless and look and smell new. When on the road, it turns heads and elicits thumbs up. The 6 cylinder engine starts right up and runs quiet and smooth. The 2 speed Powerglide transmission and the engine were gone through and have less than 1,000 miles on them. The engine has a split manifold with dual exhaust with a mellow sound. We recently swapped out the chrome rims in the lead photo and replaced them with stock rims with fresh, new tires. The old tires had new tread, but being over 10 years old we replaced them. The wagon has a trailer hitch and can pull a vintage trailer if desired. The wagon has been stored in our garage, covered, since 2006. There is no rust anywhere on the vehicle. Feel free to text or message via EBAY for more information. We"ll return your call. Text is best, , as we don"t usually answer calls from unknown or unfamiliar numbers due to spammers. Leave a message. We have clear title and the 2020 tags. Yes, price is flexible. Any reasonable offers will be considered. Value and price? Vehicle is now and has always been insured for a stated value of $35,000 in case of loss. Insurance underwriters are most reliable arbiters of price and value. First bid after initial bid and close to Buy It Now will probably take it. Any sale can be contingent upon buyers or buyer"s agents approval upon inspection of the car. Deposits are refundable. Vehicle can be shown by appointment. Whoever buys this car will not be disappointed and should be able to flip it for more than the purchase price. Why are we selling this car? It is no longer acceptable to us to have the car sit undriven in the garage for such prolonged periods of time. This car should be shown, driven, and enjoyed by somebody serious about classic cars. And frankly, we getting to the age where we are done collecting vintage cars and travel trailers. Vehicle is advertised locally and subject to prior sale. Wanna buy a "61 Shasta Airflyte?
