1950 Oldsmobile Rocket 88. This is a very nice example of a old school custom. Most of the trim was removed. Headlights have been Frenched. Radio antenna recessed. Has removable sun visor and fender skirts. Floors are solid. Glass is good. 12 volt system. Interior has been upgraded including headliner and carpet. Has a very nice 4 speaker radio system. All lights, gauges and electrical operate perfectly. Have about $6000 in receipts for engine work and other mechanical upgrades as well as original technical manuals. This Olds was professionally lowered and has power discs brakes up front. This conversion and suspension modification on this car were featured in Custom Rodder Magazine, which will be provided with the car. The 4 speed Hydro has been rebuilt with a firm shift kit. The car drives, steers and stops amazingly. The tires are old.
The paint is a very dark blue. Pictures make the exterior of the car look better than it is. This Olds should be repainted to look great. But very reasonably priced for a 50 Olds fastback.
