The body, paint, chrome and upholstery are in very nice condition. All this and it runs excellent too. The transmission shifts up and down just like GM programmed it to. The 303 Rocket Engine was an engineering break through for the early 1950’s. It was quiet running and had lots of power. So much power that it pushed Hudson, the stock car leader, off the number one spot – not an easy accomplishment. If you were here and inspected the car, you would see near perfect original chrome bumpers, grilles and moldings and they have perfect gaps as well.
