Miller Brothers has found a pretty rare 47 COE with a lot of the heavy lifting done. This is the first COE we"ve ever owned. The truck has the original NC title. the COE has be set over on a one ton chassis with disc brakes. The cab is not mounted. The overall condition of the Coe is real good. The floors are roached but all that has to be made anyway when mounting the body. The cab is fairly complete and to even find one to buy is really not a easy job. There is rust here and there but nothing crazy for a restoration shop. The back of the cab has had a little damage over the years and is the worst part. I tried to get a pic so you guys could see but its fixable just a little beat up. Around the air vent its a little ruff also. These 40s and 50s trucks are so popular now you can get almost everything you need and this is a Coe but the parts that are gonna need attention are the same on all the trucks. Most all the COE specific parts are in restorable condition. If you like patina and a Ratt Coe this truck has tons of eye appeal. Its the neatest truck I"ve ever bought and if I wasn"t obligated on other projects I would do it myself.These don"t come up forsale very often especially with a frame already under it and the price I think is a fair price.
