COE stands for (cab over engine). It was brought to Texas from California, where it spent most of it"s time on a vineyard. When it got to Texas, about 12 years ago, it was given a make over. It was painted Harley Davidson orange and black, the wood bed was installed and the 350 small block was freshened up. An MSD ignition was added, along with Vintage Air Conditioning, an Optima battery and LED tail lights. It has power steering along with power front disc and rear drum brakes.The Flowmaster exhaust gives it a nice little rumble. The 5 window cab paint looks very good, except for a few flaws. The interior is very nice with comfortable seats and a tilt steering wheel. The oak wood bed needs a little TLC and that will change the whole look of the truck.
