The Franklin Automobile Company wasa marketer of high-end luxury automobiles to the Elite of thetime. The company sold custom autos to wealthy people of the in theUS between 1902 and 1934. The two major characteristics of theirautomobiles were their air-cooled engines and in the early years theirlightness and responsiveness when compared with other luxury cars.
