1929 Essex. Very rare and hard to find body. Essex vehicles were only around for approx. 10 years. Hudson bought them out in 1932. This 1929 Essex has been turned into one of the most unique and Bad Ass Rat Rods around. Stripped down to bare metal and sprayed with 3 coats of clear. The patina is perfect. Custom tube frame. Removable soft top. 427 High Performance Big Block Chevy. 500 HP 497 FTLBS. of Torque. Runs on pump gas, built for show and street/strip. Designed as a daily driver. Balanced steel crank. Eagle Rods/JE pistons. Comp Cam roller Cam, Moroso Oiling System. Roller Rockers. MSD billet HEI Dist., Cast heads 230 Intake 188 Exhaust. Ported and polished C.H. Dart aluminum Intake.
