This Essex was purchased from a private collector who purchased from Alpine, Arizona in the 70"s & had stored indoors in dry storage since. I purchased in this condition, I will not get to it any time soon so up for auction. Car is super solid! Box in back seat has engine parts that were removed from previous owner. Not all tires hold air but rims ore in good condition, rolls easily. Being sold with clear Ohio Title.

RARE original factory 4 door suicide doors with heavy duty full length piano hinges - these doors have no slop. doors open and close tight as if the car was new. Original wood wheels are solid and in great shape and will restore easily. 4 wheel brakes (rare for that period on any car)Heavy duty frame. thick sheet metal body. built strong and built to last. Windshield frame and rear upper window/body sections will unbolt if you want to make a custom convertible/phaeton style car.
1929 Hudson Super Six Sedan. The owner of a Detroit department store Joseph L Hudson, founded the company with eight other Detroit entrepreneurs and businessmen on February 20th, 1909 Which would sell for less than $1000.00. This amazing company lead the car industry and many of the firsts. These included dual breaks, the use of dashboard oil pressure and generator warning lights, and the first balanced crankshaft. Which allowed the Hudson Straight Six engine (Super Six) to work at a higher rotation speed while remaining smooth and providing more power for its size. Just like in this stunning Hudson, the Super six was the first engine built by the Hudson Automobile company. Along with the inline 6 it also features a 3 speed manual transmission
