1981 Datsun 280zx Turbo
Available now is this very rare Canadian model Datsun 280zx. . This is 1 of 3 documented per Nissan FAST database 1981 turbo cars produced for North America color code 885t thunder black / diamond mist. This car was 1 owner who was an executive for Datsun Canada and owned it until 2009 when the estate sold the car on ebay for $18,000 to the 2nd owner who imported it to Florida. Car has been temperature controlled garage kept its whole life and is rust free.
The paint is in excellent condition for its age. There is no major dings dents or scratches and body lines are extremely straight as you can see in the photos. Exterior looks phenomenal with tasteful touches such as the removeable yellow headlight covers. The stance is achieved by the KYB shocks and Vogtland lowering springs. Brand new wheels with Datsun center caps are wrapped in like new Yokohoma tires all around.
Interior has been modified with Recaro LS seats with appropriate sliders for adjustment. The steering wheel is MOMO brand and like new. Door panels have been custom upholstered to match the material on the seats. Original dash is in amazing condition with no damage. All gauges work inside including the clock which is notorious for breaking. Air conditioning is ice cold. The t tops are in excellent shape with no leakage. T top shade covers come with the car as well as the bags to store the t tops in when you wanna cruise with no roof.
Engine and transmission are in fantastic condition. Car has been meticulously maintained its whole life. Buyer will receive all service history, recent maintenance which has been performed consisted of a full tune up, spark plugs, alignment, synthetic oil change and full rear differential service/ flush. The car is turn key and needs nothing. Acceleration is smooth and precise.
