2008 Hart Showroom Trailer with Living Quarters. Onan gasoline generator on roof with 780 hours, electric jacks Outlaw conversion from front to back. Living quarters includes queen size bed, leather couch, gas cook top, microwave, refrigerator, tv with cable hookup, leather walls, custom oak cabinets, shower, toilet, Ac unit, hot water heater, 2 large propane tanks, beautiful vinyl flooring, door to outside with fold up step, inside door through bath to showroom, very comfortable. Showroom is 15’x 8’, leather walls, custom oak cabinets, vinyl wood like flooring, desk, filing cabinet, 2-4’ clothing bars, grid, Ac unit, side entry door and drop down ramp door at rear. Trailer is in extremely good condition, it has been very well taken care of, generator has been serviced regularly and is like new. This trailer was used to sell western boots and leather jackets. It could be used for a boutique trailer, or any kind of mobile retail store. I had a small couch in he rear of the showroom for my customers to sit on but a full size bed would fit also. Multi purpose trailer could be used to haul motor cycles or just use it as a rv by adding a full size bed or bunk beds in the showroom. Excellent for mobile retail business, living quarters is great for keeping merchandise safe from theft. I pulled this trailer with a 1 ton dully pickup but a single wheel pickup could pull it with no problem. Pulls easy and smooth and has new tires.
