I bought this van 2 years ago as a damaged vehicle (with “light” front end damage) on and thought I was getting a good deal for 20k. Well as i found out if your gonna by wrecked cars buy them once they’ve been repaired! Unless your a trained mechanic you’ll probably loose money and read the reviews/feedback of the people you buy from (my feedback on will speak for itself). The people I bought this van from here in Brooklyn were total scammers and took me for a ride. Now that’s the bad. I can tell you more about that later if you want. .
On to the good. . I’m a pretty meticulous person when it comes to my cars so I couldn’t leave items undone once I started getting into it. I’ve spent well over $27,000 repairing this van. LOTS and LOTS of new parts (all Mercedes Benz with receipts) too many to list. I have receipts for all work done by my local mechanic here in Brooklyn. . who is awesome (I’ll give you the shops name upon request to read their reviews. . which are great!). I’ve just taken the van to Mercedes Benz dealership to make sure it’s all set and at the very least tell me what else it needs before I sell it.
This car has been used for local deliveries in the city and to Boston. It does really Well on the highway lots of power. Easy to get around. Never a worry about it really.
All in all it’s a good truck it won’t win any races but if your looking for a good deal that’ll probably make you money now that I’ve spent a bunch repairing it this is your chance. You might have to put a few bucks into into it at some point but that comes with buying any used car. I wanted to write an honest ad for this truck so you know what your looking at. I won’t hide anything and I’m a pretty straight up guy to deal with. I’m open to all offers but need it gone. After spending a lot of money repairing it it turns out it’s small for my business and have since bought a much larger van. I ran the numbers and now that’s it’s made it’s money back it’s now time to sell, good luck bidding! It is being sold locally also so the auction could end early if it sells someplace else and it is being used as a back up vehicle so mileage may increase.
