This Mercedes Benz was sold as a demo to the 2nd owner who had it until 4/2019. The current owner wants to sell so he can get a pickup. The car is in remarkable condition for its age.
The overall condition of the interior is stunning for 31 years old Leather is in great shape All seating structures are solid and firm Just installed new battery no strange smells (other than the typical old MB interior smell) or sounds. Motor runs and shifts well All windows and roof open and close power locking system functions well no lights on dash first aid kit is still in back storage compartment all original books and window sticker have a stack of service records back to original PDI (most done and dealership) NO RUST car has been in South Texas
Being critical I prefer to disclose as much as I can find to avoid surprises that would deter a potential buyer. exterior: paint is 31 years old and has some odd blemishes and cracking in some areas rear bumper has small area of paint rubbed off on corner (pic) the silver finish on the wheels is weak the front air dam has a small tear on the drivers side (see photo) front end bushings are wore and could use replacing one of the front Pirellis is wore on the inside and needs replaced (front end bushing/ alignment related) there is a star on bottom edge of drivers side of front windshield and a small crack on lower edge in front of passenger
Interior: tabs securing visors are broken a few of the wood slats on the sliding center console cover are broken
