With only 20k documented original miles, it has averaged just 1200 miles per year! This two owner Coupe (2nd Owner since 2005) comes to you CarFax Certified with no accidents or paintwork of any kind. It was Sold, Serviced and Traded at Ferrari Maserati of Washington D.C. It has been through their service department and was purchased right off their front line. Rest assured, this car is ready to drive – and drive it does!
It drives and operates just as it did when new. The engine and transmission perform flawlessly. Rowing through the gears in an all aluminum, lightweight GT with a high revving Ferrari V8 up front makes for one of the best driving experiences in the modern era. These cars are woefully underrated. This is partly due to the fact that most of these were convertibles (Spyders) with “Cambiocorsa” (Automatic) transmissions. O.K. cars, but not even close to the pure driving experience offered by this GT.
This is the closest Maserati has ever come to their own version of a 911. Later came the Granturismo. A much larger, heavier, more luxurious grand tourer and notably not offered with a manual transmission. Here you have a version in which not many were produced, following a formula which no longer exists. This is one of the most pure driver cars ever produced – EVER.
