Don"t miss your chance to own a very rare, 1983 (MK I) Volkswagen Jetta 1.6L turbo diesel. Not many diesels of this era left, and even fewer turbos!
Clean and in great condition. No mechanical issues and ready to drive away. Owned by a mechanic. Top end was rebuilt 20K Km ago. Maintenance since then includes new brakes, shocks, timing belt, CVs, and more. Oil changed every 5,000 Km. Fuel filter changed and transmission flushed every 10,000 Km.
Exterior is in good condition. "Mexico Beige" paint colour with black trim and stripes. Comes with 9-spoke aluminum rims, including one for the spare tire. Brand new all season tires. Some small rust spots on driver"s side rocker panel, normal for VWs. All surface, nothing major. Locking fuel cap with extra keys.
Interior is in excellent condition. Brown and tan cloth with the old school horsehair seats. No tears or stains in upholstery. Era-appropriate cassette player (I"ll includes several cassettes), intermittent wipers, Eco fuel saving mode.
