Are you looking for a classic convertible roadster to restore that you can still enjoy driving in the meantime? If so, I would suggest giving "Molly", my 1973 MGB a look! She runs great, looks cool, and certainly stands out in a crowd.
I"m the third owner of this British beauty, which I bought in San Rafael, California 3 years ago. Her body, paint, and interior are all original, so there are a few blemishes. That said, her drivetrain is in very good condition and she is an absolute pleasure to drive (this car is, after all, one of the original inspirations behind the Mazda Miata)! Some of her special features include:
- Removeable factory fiberglass hardtop - these are incredibly rare
- Chrome bumpers - no fugly rubber here!
- Black vinyl tonneau cover - for when you want to go topless
- Walnut steering wheel and gear shifter knob
- New oil cooler
- Rebuilt head
- 4-speed manual transmission
- Factory dual carbs
- Electronic ignition w/ new plugs and wires
- New tires
- Numerous new seals around doors, boot lid, etc.
- Two shop manuals
Only serious inquiries please. No low-ball offers will be considered.
