Available now is this stunning last-year, full-size, 1979 Lincoln Continental Town Car in beautiful Beryl Green metallic paired with a green-vinyl coach top over a matching and near perfect aquamarine luxe interior. At only 49,392 miles, the car"s overall excellent condition owes to this very limited mileage and fastidious ownership and care through the years. This Town Car is a true and unique time capsule, portraying the end of the golden era of American Automobilia and proper luxury coachwork, that has never come back. The exterior metallic Beryl paint finish retains a near-showroom shine and condition across the expansive and arrow straight heavy steel, rust free coachwork. The body design is traditional American luxury in every respect. Lincoln-logo-embossed oval opera windows, side coach lights, dark-tinted cabin glass, four wide-entry doors, formal front grille with hidden headlights, full-width textured-metal rear-panel, and, of course, proper limo style size inside out. Chrome finishes on the grille, bumpers, body and glass trim, door handles have been very well-maintained with minor patina from age most evident on the door handles and mirrors. Grille is tastefully complemented by a flying Fairy with clear green wings, clearing the road ahead with good fortune. All factory badging remains properly mounted, and all lighting lenses are clear and unmarred. On the rear fenders, complementing proud “F-ck it Edition” badges have been fitted, providing an additional road statement to this motorcar. The green vinyl partial top shows well, and black rubber body and bumper trim remains in excellent condition. Inside, the uber-luxe, aquamarine-themed presentation continues. Padded vinyl aquamarine door trim includes velvet and carpet inserts and looped door handles in that color with square-design woodgrain trim for added effect. Deeply padded, x-panel-design with embroidery, crushed-velour in aquamarine covers the front split-bench (with twin armrests) and the rear full-bench seat. An extremely well-maintained aquamarine carpeting covers the cabin floors. You can almost walk barefoot on it. Lincoln-branded steering wheel frames the square-design, burled-woodgrain-trimmed padded dashboard. Controls for the HVAC system, power antenna, exterior lights as well as air-conditioning vents are arrayed across the dash; the original AM-FM stereo radio with a fully functional A-track player remains mounted. The car is equipped with power steering, power brakes, power windows, and power door locks. A handsome script ""Lincoln Town Car"" emblem on burled woodgrain style trim faces the front passenger. Soft cabin lighting adds ambiance. Of course, the time of the day is given by a working Cartier clock. The undercarriage is solid and rust free. The original, 400-cubic-inch Ford V8 is a dominating presence. All components are properly installed, and all finishes-including valve covers-are clean without being overly detailed. Viewed from below, the chassis is complete, straight, and undamaged. This accident-free Town Car"s factory-mounted identification and information tags remain in place.
