The originality on this example is absolutely outstanding. Over many years, I’ve have bought & sold many of these HiLux Surfs. This is without a doubt, one of the cleanest examples I’ve seen. Completely original, just how it left the Toyota factory, aside from an aftermarket Sony CD stereo. It’s in outstanding condition inside & out. It drives faultlessly. Everything operates without fault & the air conditioning blows ICE COLD.

Thank you for looking at my listing for this extremely desirable and pretty much the highest spec’d Toyota Hilux Surf SSR-X (KZN-185) GEN 3 with the AWESOME 3.0 turbo diesel engine (code 1KZTE) and LOCKING DIFFS, factory RIGHT HAND DRIVE. These Toyota’s share most of their mechanical items with the Toyota Landcruiser, a vehicle known very well as being one of the toughest & most durable vehicles ever produced. Built in an era when vehicles were built to last. This Toyota is a testament to that. This was originally a JDM (Japanese domestic market) vehicle. However, it can now be legally imported into the US as it is over 25 years old. I have a great deal of experience in importing vehicles to the USA and I have INCLUDED the cost of shipping the Toyota to most East Coast ports. I can also ship to the West Coast although there will be a extra cost for this. I’m more than happy to quote for this cost if you wish. The Toyota is completely rock solid & rust free. The body has no rust issues & the underside is absolutely fantastic. It has just undergone a thorough clean, rust inhibitor treatment & very expensive under seal to protect it for many more years to come. I have photos taken before the underbody protection was applied should you wish to see. The engine starts first time, runs, drives & pulls exactly as it’s supposed to delivering a great amount of power & torque from the 3.0 turbo Diesel engine. The gearbox is smooth, responsive ands shifts exactly as it should. It steers straight & true. The brakes pull the Toyota to a stop exactly as they’re supposed to. There are no knocks or rattles from the suspension.
It has just had a service carried out which included the engine oil, oil filter, diesel fuel filter & air filter and is ready to go!
The cam / timing belt has also just been replaced. The battery has also recently been replaced & holds charge as it should.
This Toyota has a very high specification, to include : remote power locks, power windows all round, air conditioning which blows ICE COLD.
The body presents exceptionally well & the paint has a great lustre. The interior is in fantastic condition throughout, extremely clean, no rips / tears or stains & is free from any odours.
