Vehicle description
Vehicle Details The time has come to sell my beloved 3rd Gen 4Runner. This was an amazing build I completed about 5 years ago, and my wife has daily driven it ever since. She has now bought a new car, and with a full garage, I just don't have the space for it. I'm not in a rush to sell, so I will not entertain lowball offers. This is a well built machine ready to tackle any offroading or overlanding you can throw at it. It drives like a dream, and she has been commuting about 80 miles a day in all year.Truck spend the majority of it's life in California before I purchased it, so there no rust on the vehicle at all.Under carriage photos are includedIt was originally a limited, but I swapped in a full cloth interior including door cards. No rips or tears, but does show signs of use (I have a 3 year old son)Has push button 4wd T-caseAdded a sport hood last year that wasn't available in 1997Paint has some trail marks, but nothing a buffing wheel couldn't get out.Pictures of paint includedI just had a new windshield installed this summer.Power Windows/LocksI'll list the few things wrong with it first:Driver side inner tie rod could use replacing (may do that soon)Sunroof is stuck closed. (Motor works, but I never dug into why it wouldn't slide.Front swaybar end links are not connected (I have some, but they are a bit short)Rear 02 sensor is throwing a code (may replace here soon)Skid plates not installed (Had plans to build custom ones but never did. They will come with it)Has small drip from valve cover gaskets (could replace or just have bolts tightened slightly)Passenger side front fender has some clear coat fade. (Picture included)I no longer have the center caps to the wheelsNow for the good:Engine/Drivetrain:Timing done at 200k milesFull tune-up done at 225k miles inlcuding plugs, wires, coils and pre cat 02 sensorB&M Transmission cooler installed and fluid replaced with high mileage syntheticNew starter in 2017New Denso AC Compressor in 2020New U-joints in both shaftsNew CVs up front in 2019New Rack and Pinion with poly bushings in 2019StopTech Tunrda Brake conversion with drilled and slotted rotor and HD padsFactory E-Locked rear end with 4.30 gears.Grey wire mod has been done to allow for locker to be engaged while in 2 HiArmor:ARB front bumper with Smittybilt XRC winch with synthetic line and remote mounted solenoid box4xinnovations rocksliders4xinnovations high clearance rear bumper with class 3 hitchSuspension/Wheels:Old man EMU lift with Nitro shocksSPC adjustable upper control arms set to correct caster for liftSenkei 555 lower balljoints with grease zerksLVL8 MK6 wheels with custom flared 4runner offsets34/11/17 Nitto Ridge Grapplers with 80% treadMorimoto projector headlights with 55w ballastsLighting:Light bar and ditch pods on bumper with switch mounted to dashMorimoto custom projectors with 55w ballasts and H1 bulbs (new today because one just burned out after 5 years)Picture of cutoff line is includedLED map lights and front and rear dome lightsTech:CD Radio with Bluetooth Audio and Calling and USBKicker speakers all aroundViper 2 way remote start with 2 remotesDriver side heated seat (Have another for passenger, just never got around to installing it.Thanks for reading!$15,000 OBO Images Download the Motors app
