I am the origianl owner of this 2018 Sti, purchaed outright on September 2017 (no lien). Car is fully stock with following extras:
JDM LED DRL, 3M partial hood protection, Weathertech lliners for front and rear, Auto-dimming rearview mirror, 18" Fast Alloy Samba - FA26636 on 225-45-18 Continental WinterContact Si 95V XL (Tires and rims are included at my asking price for the car).

Car has been cleaned regularly inside and outside and has never been tracked or abused as it has been my 3rd Sti.
Winter and summer tires each have about 20,000KM of daily street driving and so are in great shape.
All services are up to date and done exactly on time. Next service (B) is due end of September which i will take care of.
On September 2019, car had an accident at the driver side rear bumper and quarter panel which was professionally repaired at Unibody collision in Mississauga.
