Up for sale is my 2005 Subaru WRX. I purchased this car two years ago and I have loved driving it and have meticulously maintained and taken care of it. The time has come to sell it to someone who has more time to enjoy it than I currently do.
The car is in excellent condition, and runs smoothly, pulls hard, so much fun to drive. It has been garage kept or covered for the majority of its life, and was exclusively owned and driven in California and Arizona until last year, when I moved to Boston and had it shipped here. It was kept in dry storage all fall/winter/spring and has zero rust on the body or undercarriage, unlike many New England vehicles. The paint on the car is in excellent condition apart from the rear bumper and door handles, which both have fading/ show signs of paint damage. There are a few dents on the vehicle that have not been pulled, and slight paint damage on the passenger side of the rear bumper from parking in San Francisco.
The car currently has157,000 miles, and will continue to run like a top with proper maintenance.There are minor paint chips around the car that have been touched up. I performed full synthetic oil changes at 4000 mile intervals the entire time I owned the vehicle (as per recommendation by Subaru master tech). This car has had all typical maintenance done that classic Subies require, including timing belt, water pump, spacers to fix the "saggy butt" issue, new fuel pump, new tires etc. It also many extras, including new upgraded clutch (less than 1K miles on it); STI shifter linkage, replaced shifter bushings, replaced wheel bearings, new boost control solenoid, rebuilt, port and polished turbo, port matched and powder coated intake manifold, and more. Full list available on request. Currently registered as PNO in California, buyer"s responsibility to transfer title and registration upon purchase.
