Vehicle description
Salvage title. Prior fresh water got about 2” deep into the footwell.
No weird smells. Had to replace a battery disconnect switch and fuse box and battery to get it up and running.
Had it 5 months without issue. Only 11,000 miles. Car sounds amazing and it’s very stable to drive at high speeds
Interior is very clean with no tears. Incredible bang and Olufsen sound system. Heated and cooled front seats. Seat motors all function properly in all directions.
Amazing looking car I’ve been stopped multiple times by people asking about the car and wanting pictures.
Now the bad:
Took the car to the dealer and they believe the traction control module was effected by the water. However they wanted $2,500 to ‘explore’ it and that didn’t include parts or actually solving the problem. Didn’t even bother to get to the child lock service looked at as they were a bit snotty about dealing with a salvage car.
Nav doesn’t work but don’t worry the back up camera works great and the screen works just not NAV.
