Selling my 1995 bmw 525i. It has been a Cali/Arizona car it’s whole life so there is absolutely no rust. Everything works ac, heat windows ect. Chassis has 312k miles. Body is straight and paint is original. Leather is in great shape as is the interior. The car shows really well from 10 feet.
Now for the the interesting part. A little over a year ago the drive train was completely swapped. The engine is a fully rebuilt S52 from an e36 m3 and the transmission is a zf 5 speed from an earlier model 525i. Both rebuilt with documentation. Just over 11k miles on drivetrain. Car has upgraded injectors, Conforti chip, shark tune on 91 octane. M50 intake and still maintains obd1. This build was done by a reputable shop in az. The workmanship is amazing and looks factory. The car is a true sleeper and highway cruiser. There are no check engine lights or mechanical/electrical needs. The suspension has been fully upgraded and a rebuilt driveshaft was fitted. The only thing the car really needs is paint. If you are into service records I have a 4in binder full of every maintenance receipt since new. This is not a car for everyone. But is truly a unique enthusiast car. Buyer agrees to making deposit immediately after auction close. Deposits are non-refundable. Payment must be made by cash, wire ect. Thanks for looking.
