Vehicle description

Up for grabs is my 1986 Chevy K10. I bought it as a rolling body in North Carolina and restored it all. The only thing it could use now is some mild cosmetic work. Because it is a North Carolina truck there is very little rust! Only a little on the cab corners and one spot on the D/S wheel well. That"s It!The engine has been bored out to a 355. The block was planed. The heads have been ported, polished, decked 20 thousandths with new valves, guides and springs. There is $1,200 in the heads alone. The truck sounks like a raped ape, as it has a VERY nice cam! Cam specs. . [email protected] .470 lift .275 duration 108 lob separation. 625 Street Demon Carb, Edlebrock Intake, Hooker headers and MSD distributor. AAMCO rebuilt the 700R4 Transmission, and installed a B&M shift kit with a heavy duty Torque Converter. The suspension has been been upgraded with overload springs and airbags. It has a new Curt hitch and break controller. It has a Corporate 14 bolt. Posi 4.11 rear end, and on the frond a Dana 44, 4.10 gearing with a locking differential! (It also has Warn locking hubs.) All the bearings and breaks have been gone through. IT HAS DUAL FUEL TANKS. Both of the pumps and the selector valve have been replaced. It"s been converted to electronic Edlebrock fuel pumps (I have install and on-the-go secondary fuel pump, in case of a failure with the primary). Newly Refurbished steering column. New steering gear box. New electric door locks. New widow and door weather strips.Really all this truck needs now is a paint job. I actually think the old rustic look is extremely cool, and world just clear coat it, as is.
