Vehicle description
Re-listing since a long distance trade deal fell through. Updates since original listing follow:
Original Listing: Real BS23 Cuda. I don"t need to tell anyone how difficult it is to find these cars so I"ll just provide the essentials here. I"ve owned this for a few years and I love the 71 but I"ve decided to let it go vs getting into a restoration as I"m more of a Ford guy. Numbers are not matching (at least the motor). Car is otherwise unmolested and unrestored so you won"t find goofy patch panels and hack work with this car. Needs trunk floor and some pan work, quarters and outer rockers, A pillars took a beating. Rails appear solid but I"ve found one hole near the K member, hard to tell if it needs a full rail until the k-member is dropped. Motor runs and is supposedly rebuilt by the previous owner. 727 shifts but the Thermoquad needs a rebuild so it will just limp and is not truly drivable. Fender tag decode is included in the images. Video of the car running and moving available. Interior is rough but with savable inner door panels. Clean MA title! Full disclosure - the starting price is what I paid for it so no I will not take less than 25K. The 71 cars don"t grow on trees to say the least. I"m putting this up as NO RESERVE so if you are the only bidder I make nothing on this sale which is fine - I"m OK with just passing this along. Any specific questions message me. Thanks for looking.
Updates: I spent some time getting the car running and driving. Thermoquad (still included) replaced with Edelbrock AVS2 and electric fuel pump. Car starts right up now. Everything removable. I started purchasing AMD panels for the car which are also included with the sale which is why I"ve raised the price a bit. Left and right windwhield pillars (aka outer A pillars) Dutchman panel (aka filler panel) trunk gutters trunk floor extensions full trunk floor Left and right floor pans front Left and right floor pans rear
