Beautiful Audi A4 Avant Quattro wagon with the S-Line performance and aero package in rare Brilliant Red. Runs and drives excellent, pulls strong, shifts smoothy and is very comfortable at all speeds.
113,225 miles from 2 non-smoking owners; we"ve had it for the last 75,000 and always kept up on maintenance schedules, recalls, and repairs. Very clean California/Florida car. It has never been in an accident and has only had minor cosmetic repainting. It has been serviced at Audi dealers and our local independent Audi specialist. It passed a CA smog test in April of 2019 and was last serviced for front brake rotors and pads in December 2018.
Exterior condition is very nice, with zero dents or significant scrapes, only 2 or 3 stone chips on the hood, a recently professionally repainted front bumper and driver"s side fender to take care of a little sun fading and a repainted rear passenger door and quarter panel to repair a scratch near the fender opening. A few small nicks here and there along the lower body panels, a little bubbling in the clearcoat just on top of the rear spoiler and a tiny crack or two in the plastic front grille. Two good used license plate fascia panels are included in the sale, for use in states with or without front plates. Tires are 18" Pirelli 235/40"s with good tread and less than 10k miles on them. Wheels are very nice factory 5-spokes with some curb rash along the very edge of the rims.
Interior is beautiful, durable black vinyl with brushed aluminum trim and a light, almost white headliner. No rips or tears in the seats, only a few marks on the headliner that could be cleaned off. Everything is fully functional and it looks amazing. Air conditioning recently serviced - blows cold! Equipped with the Bose Premium Audio package, power moonroof with shade, original first aid kit, Audi cargo area protective cover and cargo net and a FULL size spare tire with alloy wheel underneath. Some issues with the inside: the typical A4 broken armrest lid hinge, a faulty lid to the rear ashtray, the front of the volume knob looks bubbled and occasionally the backs of the front seats come unstuck.
Mechanically the car is great. Fast and agile for its size in any weather. Smooth shifts from the 6-speed automatic Tiptronic transmission with paddles on the steering wheel. It consumes more oil than some other cars but it has been totally reliable on the road. Many of the usual important items have been replaced recently: timing chain at 100k, oil filter housing, thermostat housing, motor mounts, front rotors, control arm bushings, a few sensors here and there. It has never needed any major engine rebuild or transmission service. All records going back to the original owner are included, as is the original owners manual, and two key fobs with valet key.
A fitted Yakima roof rack is also included in the sale. It attaches to the roof rails and has 2 Steelhead aero bicycle attachments, lockable towers and small fairings.
