Vehicle Details Rare opportunity to rebuild / restore / restomod this 1982 Dodge Ramcharger 4x4. Originally bought from what was Hayward Dodge, CA owned by KGO TV out of San Francisco, CA it was modified to carry the outside broadcast dish and equipment with a box added to the passenger side rear quarter panel to accommodate a generator (long gone) and there was also a second battery under the hood also gone. Tan interior is great overall and the body is generally rust free with no real rot to speak of (California car!). Car has had a cheap blow over paint job at somepoint and has stood for many years. Too nice to break for spares though as a project she needs paint and a full mechanical overhaul. Fitted a new battery and she she starts and runs though the brake pedal travels almost travels to the floor. Car would need to be trailered away or we can hand to your shipper if you are out of State or prefer. Car is located in North Hollywood, Los Angeles California. These trucks are becoming increasingly rare and it wouldn't take much to build her into something special. If we kept her we would probably have replaced the cut quarter panel and put in a full length sunroof where the TV aerial aluminum plate was. . ?
