Volvo V70R Ultra rare and cool vehicle, needs some repair.

Sunroof, 6speed manual, 300hp turbo, 7pass (Flip down rear facing third row).
Good:
Head turning car, lots of power and a real manual transmission
New radiator, brake pads,rotors,front calipers.
Slightly lowered
Paint is decent, not really any damage to body, slight crack in lower air dam that is reinforced.
Super comfortable bolstered Norkap blue leather seats in good condition, no rips or tears

What is wrong with it?
AWD not working, but drives fine without that or could be repaired w new angle gear unit (~$300 used here on Ebay).
Internal coolant leak, likely a warped head since it overheated briefly due to prior cooling system leak.
Rear hatch hydraulics worn
I have the stock 17” silver Pegasus wheels on it instead of 18” black in photos
Tires are old and one is flat.
