Vehicle description

The car you are viewing is an original one owner, original paint, 1973 Dodge Charger Ralley. First pictures are of the condition when I rescued it. Original bright red with hood bulge blackout, black side stripes, and black half vinyl roof. All numbers match 340 (last year for the 340), column shift 727 Torqueflite, P/S, P/B, ralley dash, 3:23 rear end. Factory options include rear sway bar, hood pins, tuff wheel, machine gun exhaust tips, half vinyl roof, wheel opening moldings, bulge hood, bench seat car. I have fender tags, build sheet, original keys (worn smooth), copy of original title, owner’s manuals and IBM punch card. Car has its original N.C. plate. Lived its entire life in North Carolina. Motor has been completely rebuilt, no expenses spared, by a race shop in N.C. Currently 10.25-1 comp, magnum head conversion, torker II intake, 750 edelbrock carb w/electric choke, comp cams valve train, 280h magnum cam, everything is new, no corners cut. NOS unsilenced air cleaner, ceramic coated headers, pro set up Bob Ehrenburg ignition with 7500rpm box. Everything is new. Look at the pictures closely. Motor runs perfect, no leaks no smoke, no noises, lots of oil pressure. Very strong. Original 727 rebuilt, 2500 stall convertor, rear end rebuilt. Reconditioned/rebalanced driveshaft with new universal joints. Break in time only. No miles on the car.Front and rear suspension completely rebuilt with high quality pieces, bushings, ball joints inner and outer tie rod ends, pitman arm ect. New gas shocks, 4 wheel disk brakes, Wilwood booster/reservoir, and huge aluminum radiator with electric fans, new k frame isolators and bolts, new 15 x 8 rally wheels with new Cooper 245/60-15 tires. New fuel tank, straps, and sending unit. All fuel and brake lines new. New starter/alternator/coil/BR/VR. Wiper motor untested. Windshield bad, all other glass good. Interior is complete but needs total restoration. The following comes with the car (pictured): Straight front bumper, front grills, good tail light housings with harnesses, reconditioned rear bumper brackets, the original heads, carb, intake, and air cleaner, all stainless trim, NOS in the box 340 magnum hood callouts, new in the box, correct B-body hood pin kit, new in the box correct B-body machine gun exhaust tips, new heater core. Extra parts as shown. This is not a rust bucket, it has never been wrecked, it is not an “internet regret” car. The underside of the trunk lid, and the corresponding area of the upper tail light panel have rust. It appears pine needles or leaves held moisture there when the car sat outside. There is an area in the front passenger side foot well that has a small hole as well. It is NOT rusty around the windshield/back glass. It is a 95% finished, expensive and extensive mechanical restoration.
