I am relisting now due to last buyers check "bounced" for non sufficient funds. I need to stress that payments to be made by cashiers check,wire transfer, cash. Deposit can be made via paypal.
This is a superb Porsche Boxster S, collector owned in Southern California. Car originally sold from the highly regarded “Auto Gallery” nearby. I acquired this car from a local LAPD detective. I have owned 98 cars, including 15 Porsche’s so when I say this car drives, sounds and handles superb. . then trust me as it does. 258 hp - just a mere 7hp less than Anniv Edition and much higher than the base Boxster at 225hp w 2.7 liter. Engine oil changed rigorously and ALWAYS CLEAN so no issues.
Beautiful Seal Grey Metallic w black interior. The car rides on Hankook Ventris Evo 2 265/35 ZR18 rear and 225/40 front, accompanied by those gorgeous fire engine red calipers and original optioned painted center crests. I have a local guy who does all my wheel refinishing, yet didn’t get a chance to do these yet. New owner may like to for the scuffs.
The sound system is magnificent with new amplifier. The CD works great and all stations. New battery installed past several months. Driver seat leather refinished last year even though didn’t fully need it.
New alternator April 2019. New shocks for bonnet this year. The car is serviced at R2 Racing where they work only on German and Italian high end cars. New front and rear brakes and oil separator in 2017 and new rear tires since. Passed smog again this past July 24. Last oil change about 1,300 miles ago. Records and books available- stamped Auto Gallery 2/16/04. Tool kit included.
Soft top in excellent condition and operates perfectly. Nice original wind deflector w porsche crest. Heated seats, original sport steering wheel, cruise control, litronic headlights, power seat, lumbar support driver side. Common for visor covers to snap off as mine did so they are in glove box and the stem to adjust clock snapped-no biggy. I bough a pair of stems -they are included. Car comes with 1 key that works for driver door and ignition but doesn’t work to open remote front and rear lid so if that bothers you then you can order a second key. Last, at Trader Joe’s even though I parked way off in a corner a stray shipping cart just bumped front hood only and left a very small ding/scratch and has two small dimples-hard to notice but I need to mention. . easy enough repair if desired.
Just a note to remind you that we are in Southern CA and not the rainy Pacific Northwest or the gulf, Midwest, southeast or northeast areas. . may not seem important now, BUT due to inclement weather and often flooding situations, this is why Southern CA is the car capital of the world and cars from here are always in high demand. . :)
Love the car of course. . but am selling this and a host of others due to an out of state move. As you can see I have been active selling on EBAY for 20 years and always maintain 100% positive feedback which is a hard thing to do. . but we do it right. I have not sold cars here for some time but have enjoyed many sales of prior high end Euro cars here in the past. I have assisted in shipping buyers cars to many countries plus Hawaii, Alaska and much of the USA so can surely coordinate with your shipper.
