Vehicle description
She"s been garaged, cared for like a baby, dealer serviced or with respected independents, very smooth running . . until today when out of the blue a head gasket blew. No notice or issues beforehand. Towed to the dealer who said a rebuild or a new (used) engine would cost around $20,000. The car"s value is around $25,000. Someone, maybe you, can fix the head gasket and see what else is needed and have a wonderful Porsche Carrera Cabriolet, Tiptronic, for a song.
I have just a few few days to sell her so if you are serious communicate. . now. My other option is to tow her to my home and sell her to a local mechanic or sell for parts. Must find a buyer and arrange for the buyer to get all the facts.
So, your questions can be answered, usually over the phone. If you want to see service invoices, got them all. You want to talk to the service department at the Porsche dealership, fine. You want to see up close real time photos or videos, absolutely. I just had her detailed, new Bridgestone tires, oil changed, and kept pristine. . I think you get the picture so even at 110K here"s a Porsche ready for you to enjoy once you fix it.
Carfax will show you she was in two minor fender benders years ago, and I had the best body shops do the repairs and have the receipts. No structural or other issues except for a blemish from a tiny pebble or a little wear on the armrest, she"s pretty clean. I"d say a 8,75 or 9 out of 10.
Finally, she"s located in Mill Valley near San Francisco, and all shipping is up to you and I can assist in arranging. Hope you will act fast. Thanks and good luck. If you need time to work out the shipping that can be discussed.
