The car has been parked for over a year. Was running, driving, and operating on roadways when seized. Unknown mileage, last mileage report to CARFAX was 11/04/2015 - 150,600. Needs new tires. The ve hicle will be sold with a State of Georgia Court Order, a bill of sale and a form T-22B (VIN Verification) that will allow a Georgia Resident only to obtain a tile in GEORGIA ONLY. Once a Georgia title is obtained it can then be sold to anyone or registered in another state.
