Vehicle description
This is a 2013 Forest River Work and Play 27 ULPS in great condition. I custom ordered it new in 2013. I originally had plans to use it for riding ATVs on Tug Hill. However, after having it for a little over a year we bought a camp up there so we rarely use it anymore. I think it has only had an ATV in it 3 times since I have had it. We now use it just twice a year to go to Pocono and Watkins Glen NASCAR Races. I am looking to downsize since I rarely use it.
This Toy Hauler has been very well maintained. I store it indoors in the winter time. It has never been smoked in. The appliances and systems work exactly as they should. The garage is 10" long. As you can see in the picture, my Polaris RZR S (60" wide) fits with no problem. I put a vinyl floor covering over the floor to preserve it when I put my RZR in it.
Work and Play Toy Haulers are very rugged compared to most. They start out as a utility trailer that is converted into a camper. Most toy haulers start as cheap campers that are modified to become toy haulers.
This unit is half ton towable. I have towed this unit to Poconos round trip with a Ford F-150 Half Ton with an Ecoboost engine.
