* * THIS COACH HAS INTERIOR FIRE DAMAGE THAT STARTED IN THE BEDROOM WITH SMOKE DAMAGE THROUGHOUT. THIS COACH HAS AN ARIZONA TITLE BRANDED SALVAGE . TITLE WAS NEVER TRANSFERRED TO NY. THERE ARE TWO “DEALER REASSIGNMENT” SPOTS LEFT. (PLEASE SEE ATTACHED PICTURE). IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE IT WON’T BE AN ISSUE WITH THE DMV* * I spent a few years rebuilding this RV to travel in full time with my family. The hardest part is done: the RV is mostly gutted; I fixed the roof and walls, Shielded ceiling from EMF, reinforced and insulated the partition walls. New wiring, including gold network and HDMI cables. Installed custom-made double dome fantastic fans and LED lighting. The roof was reinforced to support solar batteries. Battery compartment was modified to host 6 aircraft deep cycle batteries. Custom made aluminum terminal frame allows for even charging of the batteries. The electric slide out convertible bed was reupholstered and wrapped in plastic. Storage closet in the bathroom area was redesigned for two bunk beds and ready for assembling. And much much more. Every step of the project is recorded and documented: 100s of hours of video recording and tons of images. If you are handy person, this is a dream come true project…. I bought the RV in Texas and drove all the way to NY without any issues. My family situation has changed and I need to clear the property. My loss (years of hard work and about $40,000) is your gain. Since I was not on the property, the RV was sitting for about a year. I assume the batteries are dead. You are bidding on a 2002 Winnebago Ultimate Advantage 40J (40 footer) with double slideouts on a heavy duty Spartan Chassis (rides on airbags) powered by a redtop Cummins 350HP Inline 6 cylinder Turbo diesel (Largest motor available on this model) attached to an Allison 6 speed push button transmission. Complete with air brakes, Air Horns, EXHAUST BRAKE, Cruise Control, electric heated double headed mirrors, Hydraulic leveling system, FULLY ELECTRIC AWNINGS over the door and the main awning; both open at the touch of a button and an Onan 7500 watt Diesel Generator (runs perfect). The coach has just 67,000 miles! If you know anything about motorhomes then you know that the Ultimate Advantage is the TOP OF THE LINE COACH series produced by Winnebago! CONDITION : This coach had a fire start in the bedroom area. There is smoke damage throughout the entire coach. This coach runs and drives perfect. The generator sends power through the coach. Both slideouts go out at the touch of a button. The water system works great. See below for additional details and detailed pictures. The entrance door of this coach is located in the passenger side front corner, as you step inside, you notice full leather drivers/passenger electric captains chairs which appear to be in decent usable condition. As you step into the living room of the coach notice the leather recliner on your left and on your right in the extra large slideout is the couch that makes into a bed (reupholstered)! The couch has some smoke damage and the leather recliner does have some wear showing. As you step into the kitchen area, notice the full ceramic tile flooring! On your right, continued in the large slideout, is the kitchen area! Notice all the SOLID WALNUT Cabinets and SOLID SURFACE countertops. There are a few drawers missing from the kitchen area as you can see in the picture. The ceiling material has been removed throughout. The carpet would need replaced as well, but the ceramic tile looks great throughout. The fridge controls are melted, but the actual box and the "cooling unit" appear to be in usable condition. The shower has some smoke damage. The vanity area has some smoke damage. Combo WASHER/DRYER that is in good condition. This coach has a BASEMENT mounted DUAL AC/HEAT PUMPS which work PERFECT. The water system comes on and works PERFECT with no leaks. The hot water heater comes on and works as well! The slideouts go in and out at the push of a button. The coach RUNS AND DRIVES perfect! The fire did not penetrate the ceiling or walls anywhere. Bedroom window is removed. I still have it. It does have the gasket melted slightly on the inside. Bathroom ceiling fan is removed.
