THIS IS A SUPER NICE COACH WITH NO DAMAGE, SAVE A BUNDLE! * * THIS COACH HAD VERY LIGHT FIRE DAMAGE CONTAINED UNDER THE BATHROOM SINK THAT WAS REPAIRED. A BAD HAIR DRYER WAS PLUGGED IN AND THE ELECTRIC WIRE CAUGHT FIRE UNDER THE SINK, IT WAS QUICKLY PUT OUT. THERE IS NO SMOKE DAMAGE AND NO FIRE SMELL. NEW JUNCTION BOX PLACED AND SINGLE WIRE THAT BURNED. THIS COACH HAS A TEXAS CLEAR TITLE (NO LIENS) BRANDED REBUILT* * You are bidding on a 2004 Winnebago Ultimate Advantage 40 E (40 footer) by Winnebago with Triple slide outs, Full Body Paint, all on a heavy duty Spartan Mountain Master Chassis, powered by the POWERFUL Cummins ISL, 370 Horsepower, 6 Cylinder Turbo Diesel attached to a heavy duty Allison transmission. Complete with Cruise Control, electric mirrors, hydraulic leveling system, backup camera, Air Horns, Aluminum Wheels, completely electric main awning and door awning, Rooftop dome satellite system (unable to test, requires subscription) and an Onan 7500 watt Quiet Diesel Generator that runs perfect with just 633 hours! ! This coach runs and drives PERFECT! This coach has just 76,191 miles! !
CONDITION : This coach had a single electric wire short out from a bad hair dryer being plugged into the sink outlet. The wire flared up and caught fire but was quickly put out. We replaced the damaged wire and a new junction box under the sink. The smoke/fire was contained under the sink, NO wood has been replaced, nothing needs replaced. The wood under the sink had light soot on it. This was wiped off and then we sprayed KILZ paint over the area under the sink to ensure no smells. There was NO SMOKE around the inside of this coach. This is as lightly damaged as a motorhome comes, it is now perfect! This coach RUNS AND DRIVES perfect and is READY to hit the road! This coach is very clean inside and out and is ready to hit the road! As you enter Winnebago"s flagship coach through the bus style entry door, you are at the dash area. The dash and front leather seat show some wear but no major tears rips. Overhead are some cabinets and a large flat screen TV. Behind the seats, on your right is a large slideout. It houses a large couch followed by the kitchen area. This couch is cloth and makes out into a bed. The counter in the kitchen is all solid surface with lots of cabinets that are SOLID cherry wood. Back to your left is a sitting couch followed by the freestanding dining area. This area has ceramic tile and the ceiling has wood trim ! There is also a large four door fridge complete with icemaker!
As you step into the middle of the coach, on your left is the door for the private commode room that houses the commode. To your right is the very large corner shower. Just past this on the left is the next LARGE slideout. It houses the sink/vanity area (below this is where the fire was, there was NO damage to the counter or anything that you can just see. Past this on the right is a large cabinet array and another large TV.
As you step towards the back of the coach, on your left is the next slideout that houses the queen sized bed and more cabinets! Along the back of the coach is more cabinets and a large Sliding Door closet area include the COMBO washer/dryer unit! This coach has lots of storage and cabinets throughout! It has the popular TrueAir residential style basement double a/c unit. The basement is HUGE with pass through! The generator runs perfect and all systems have been tested and everything works! This coach has SOLID wood cabinets throughout and day/night shades throughout! This is the flagship for the well know Winnebago brand! This coach runs/drives PERFECT, everything works in this coach.
