This is a very good and solid RV. I purchased it from a friend of mine who is in his late 70"s. He used it by himself mostly going to NASCAR races around the country. It has been kept up properly. He had an extended warranty that took care of any problems that arouse. It has recently had a new LP and Electric refrigerator installed at the dealer. Also has a full chassis and engine service, including the generator. It has a newly installed in dash touch screen DVD/CD/AM/FM/XM*/ LINE IN/ USB/ BACK UP CAMERA SYSTEM installed. We have just installed a new 32" smart TV with ROKU. The tires are just a few years old with 90% tread. The engine and trans perform excellent. The RV has the "COLD WEATHER PACKAGE" This includes but not limited to, power heated dual rear view mirrors, heated plumbing, heated basement, extra insulation, fiberglass roof, enclosed under carriage, and more. It has no odors and has no pet use and no smoking history. The beds are four in total. The upper over the driver is a pull out twin. I stows beneath the TV unit. The booth makes a double bed, the couch pulls out to make a double bed and the master bedroom has a queen bed that is island with storage under. The interior is in very nice shape with no obvious wear or issues. The in dash air and heat work good. All of the appliances work as designed. The roof does NOT leak. The floors are vinyl plank style throughout the RV. The wood work is all very nice dark cherry. There are lots of cabinets and storage. The living area is large and spacious. With the slide out you have ample roof for 7 or 8 people. The RV is very accessible even with the slide retracted. You have full access when driving down the road to the entire coach.
I would trust this RV to drive and function on a cross country trip NOW. It is ready to go. We have to the best of our ability made sure it is solid and dependable. Don"t get caught up in the hype. This RV is truly the best or at least one of the very best built. It is new enough to have the same engine and drive chassis of the 2018 style. It has the V10 with overdrive transmission. It will average around 9 sometimes beating 10 and sometimes in the hills not reaching 9 mpg . It will average 9 or better with conservative driving habits. This is one of the last year built on a C class With fiberglass roof.
We can deliver to almost anywhere for a fair price. Basic drive away delivery is usually $1.50 per mile one way. Sometimes a little more on short trips(i.e. 200 miles may be $400) just to cover total cost for driver.
