Up for auction is a 2010 Winnebago Chalet 31ft Class C Motorhome with a Power Slide Out. It is set on a Ford E-450 chassis with a 6.8L Triton V10 Engine. It runs and drives great and has 16" wheels with chrome simulators and tires from 2018 in excellent shape. The cab has a black vinyl floor with tan cloth seats, 4 front cup holders, cd player stereo, A/C(cold), power windows, power door locks, power mirrors, velvac sturdy mirrors, cruise and tilt. It also has a voyager camera with screen and dual airbags. The living room has the overhead bunk with clip on ladder, mattress, privacy shade and windows with curtains and a Jensen flatscreen swivel TV with mount and a DVD/MP4 player. The living room ha the jack knife sofa bed pattern cushion cloth with matching valances with pull shades and matching dinette booth. There area overhead cabinets in the living room and kitchen. The A/C is a coleman mach with digital climate control. The kitchen has the countertop with sink, 3 burner stove/oven combo, vent system, microwave, micro tank monitor and generator switch. The generator is an Onan micro quiet 4000 with Only 103 hours and this is 30 amp service. Up a step to the bathroom is the split bath with the full door to the toilet room that opens as privacy to the kitchen area. The main bath area has the toilet, sink, wall mirror upper cabinet and roof vent and fan and across is the shower with the Shub Disappearing sliding shower door and has a skylight dome in the shower. The bedroom has a spot for a mattress on the wood bed frame and walk around bed area with a night stand and closet, upper cabinets and corner cabinet with a spot for a TV and lower drawers, it has windows with valances and shades. There is only carpeting on the trim none on the floor. The whole flooring front to back is vinyl tile pattern except for the cab which is black vinyl. The trim on the dinette edges has some fraying. Overall nice condition with a good solid bunk floor which is important and good condition bunk area and exterior front sides. There is a large rear storage compartment with a rear door and side access door and has the spare wheel and tires stored inside. The A&E main awning is in good shape but has some flaking on the material edge a few feet long outside layer. If you are looking for a winnebago this is good choice for a class C it is built well.
