WINNEBAGE ADVENTURER 38G MOTORHOME.
This Motorhome has two (2) slides outs with awnings. The rear slide out is about 9 feet wide and the front slide is about 13 feet wide. It makes the unit very roomy when both are out. This unit has a driver’s door and a power window. Power mirrors from driver’s side. It has Workhorse Chassis with 22.5 Tires and Allison transmission and a 496 Cu. In. gas engine with 45,542 miles and a ONON MARQUIS GOLD 7000 Generator with 874 hours. The Generator has a rebuilt Carb. And a new fuel pump with about 125 hours. This Motorhome has Hyd. levelers This Motorhome has AC for the house and AC for the driver. This Motorhome has a basement AC. The cold air is ducted through the ceiling and heating comes from the floor. This Motorhome comes with a BIG Electric Awning on the right side about 19 feet wide. It has itall, CONVECTION OVEN/MICROWAVE, 4 DOOR FRIDG. with ice maker, WASHER/DRYER, GREAT TIRES and NEW BRAKES. No weather checking on the tires and great tread depth. The Motorhome has a backup camera that works great. (black and white) TONS OF STORAGE SPACE. All appliance work has they should, this Motorhome is in GOOD SHAPE. The motorhome has LED lights inside. The Motorhome has lifetime plug wires installed. We used it to take a trip to VA and back. The Motorhome ran great. We had no problems at all.The motorhome was serviced prior to the trip. Which includes the Engine, Transmission, Rearend, and Generator. The previous owner serviced the engine, transmission, rearend, and the generator with AMSOIL which gets changed every 25,000 miles or one (1) year (per the web site for amsoil). The oil only has about 5,000 miles since service. The Motorhome has been professional washed and wax on the outside and the inside has been sanitized as much as possible. This Motorhome had the left side windshield replaced. Here are the sizes of all Tanks: Fuel Tank @ 75 gal., LP Gas Tank @23 gal., Fresh Water Tank @80 gal., Black Water Tank @ 53 gal., Gray Water Tank @55 gal. The Motorhome has been service since the trip to VA at Country Roads RV (7/29/2020). All systems were check. Any thing found wrong was repaired. I have the receipt for the work. This receipt goes with the Motorhome. We are selling for Health Reasons. FOLKS THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE MOTORHOME IT RUNS GREAT AND LOOKS GOOD. ADDED NOTE: Engine is good.
