This is a rolling chassis of a M38A1 C model. The rare 105 mm recoil-less rifle version. The suspension is upgraded and reinforced. The tail gate is modified as well as tire mount was moved to the passenger side. This is a project that previous owner started and lost interest. Sadly he displaced the drive train, radiator, gas tank as well as other miscellaneous small parts. Chassis has been re-painted. The body is rusted but solid, floors are present but rotted. The base color is original OD with stencils still visible, hood number, painted over with air force blue. What you see is what you get. Tires are dry rotted 6 ply military. It has the MD plate with number that he did manage not to loose. This is by no means a running vehicle. It is a good start for Restoration or a donor vehicle. No serial number that I could find.
