We wanted a van that would not only be functional, but would be inviting, homey, and cozy. We wanted a van that could be inhabited full time with enough modern convenience to stay comfortable while avoiding unnecessary complications. We wanted a van that would make life on the road simple, easy, and hassle free. We are happy to say we built the van we dreamed of!
We love the amount of storage we have, as well as, how much space there is to spread out and relax. We are really happy with the features we splurged on (kitchen!) and omitting the things we felt would only serve to crowd our van (bathroom / shower). But what we love most is how it feels as if you’re in a studio apartment - not a van. We’re moving on, but we’re stoked for the next person / people who get to use this cozy little home on wheels.
This van is capable of being comfortably off-grid. We have solar and a battery isolator to charge our system’s batteries. However, if you did not use either, a fully charged system could last up to 7 days with full-time, regular use.
